If you have succeeded in gaining access to your grandchildren;
1 . How long were you unable to have access?
2 .Can you explain the circumstances and the steps you took?
3 . Can you recommend the agency, company or oganisation who helped you?
If you are still trying to get access to your grandchildren;
1 . Explain briefly how and when access was stopped.
2 .Tell us what actions, if any that you have taken to fix the problem.
3 . Include any other information which you think might be useful, including your general location.

Write to us and tell us your story about access to your grandchildren so we can share your story on the website. The use of their names should be avoided.

You're very welcome to send us a
video of yourself,** recorded on your phone, telling your story if you think it would be more powerful.
Please limit the video to not more than 5 minutes in length.
Send us photos** if you think they would help better explain your situation. If your grandchildren appear in the photos, we will apply a blurring facility to protect their privacy.
